Made to order

Most of our bracelets are custom-made after you place your order. Please allow 7–14 business days for crafting and processing before your order ships (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 

Shipping estimates (after dispatch)

We ship internationally from our studio in Asia. Once dispatched, delivery to the United States typically takes about 10–20 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

 

Shipping rates

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Free shipping applies only when clearly offered on the product or cart page.

 

Customs, duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Unless we state otherwise at checkout, these charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it to your order email after dispatch.

 

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item so we can help.

 

Undeliverable packages

Packages returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal of customs fees may incur reshipping costs, or may be refunded for the product amount minus the original shipping fee (see our Refund policy).
